District staff told the board that Trane Technologies is nearly finished reviewing areas for potential upgrades under a non-voted guaranteed energy performance bond, with primary focus on heating systems, controls and lighting. According to the minutes, Trane "plan[s] to release information to us mid-March, an RFP to be posted in April and an anticipated approval in May."
