Amanda Kaster, DNRC director, presented agenda item 1024-2, a set of timber sales brought before the Board. Paul McKenzie, vice president and general manager of FH Stoltze Land & Lumber, provided public comment on the timber-sales item. Attorney General Austin Knudsen moved to approve the timber sales; Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen seconded and the motion carried 5–0.
