Nichols Middle rolls out SOAR behavior program to reward students
Nichols Middle School staff introduced SOAR, a behavior-recognition program that awards buttons for attendance, citizenship, honor-roll performance and no tardies; weekly lessons and teacher nominations feed into quarterly celebrations, staff said.
