Committee hears detailed operations update; aeration, Toptracer and academy programs highlighted
Ed reported that July–August events were well subscribed, Toptracer bookings are steady, and aeration work will start this week. Ed (speaker 2) walked the committee through course operations: association events and a ladies' social were well attended (46 participants this year), 11 outings are booked in September, and Toptracer use and online reservations are holding steady. He said the PGA Hope veterans program and various academy offerings will continue into the fall, and he described operational tweaks to merchandising and range-marketing to capture additional revenue.
