The board voted to appoint Phyllis Stafford as the interim director for Westmoreland. Jim Holcomb, vice chairman, moved to accept Stafford and Kayley Wilson seconded; trustees described Stafford as "very capable of handling all of the day to day operations" and the motion passed unanimously.
