At its Jan. 13, 2026 meeting, the Personnel and Benefits Committee approved its agenda, heard no public comments, and unanimously recommended three appointments: Terry Havins (Waterworks District No. 2, five years), Dr. Tiffany Bates (Northeast Delta HSA, three years), and Jesse Davis (Fire Protection District No. 1, Ward 1, two years).
