Council appointed Holly Hayes, Matt Robertson, Megan Conrad and Jessica Sargis (as alternate) to the Pflugerville Library Board after applicants described volunteer experience and priorities. The outgoing library-board president, Matt Robertson, said budget adjustments had already required changes to programming and that the library faces space constraints.
