Chris, the planning staff presenter, told the commission he continues to work with SC Group on development scenarios for Riverside that will inform the preliminary engineering report (PER) and a community wastewater study. "We're just getting into some specifics, and there's really starting to be some back and forth between the development scenarios and the PER," he said.
