The City Council adopted Resolution 20251301-R02 to authorize establishment of two construction accounts at the depository bank in connection with the Texas Water Development Board project and to appoint authorized signatories. The minutes list the signatories as Wade Kerley (Mayor), Jessie Ayers (Mayor Pro Tem), Michelle Jones (City Manager), and Amanda Sanders (City Secretary). Councilmember David Hood moved adoption and Councilmember Vicki Smith seconded; the motion carried with all present voting in favor.
