Parks Supervisor David Danish presented two draft rule sets for the City of Cuero Skate Park: one permitting bicycles and one restricting them. Council discussed safety, equipment concerns and enforcement, then approved the rules permitting bikes without pegs. Councilmember ShaNon Henson made the motion, which Councilmember Charles Tounley seconded; the vote was unanimous.
