The Dalhart City Council voted to form a Multi-Jurisdictional Tech Committee made up of three members: City Manager JJ Oznick, Dallam County Judge Wes Ritchey, and Hartley County Judge Camilla Green. The committee is intended for intergovernmental coordination on technology matters.
