Item 17 on the Aug. 20 agenda concerned the Louisiana Housing Corporation request for the NSA East Bank Apartments Project. Ms. Folse provided the staff synopsis and the minutes record additional information provided by Brian Gibbs, identified as Developer for NSAEB 603, LLC, and Wayne Neveu, identified as Bond Counsel with Butler Snow LLP. Ms. Angelique Freel moved approval of Item 17; Representative Phillip R. DeVillier seconded and the commission approved the item without objection.
