The North Plains City Council established procedures for selecting a new mayor. Staff confirmed the application period closes September 5 and the council will conduct interviews on September 8. The council agreed to interview all applicants and to provide applicants with the list of interview questions; the clerk/staff will publish applications in the meeting packet and may post late applications the morning of the meeting.
