Eagle Scout project at Rye Library will await Library Trustees' review before HDC consideration
Mr. and Mrs. Young described an Eagle Scout landscaping and bench-rebuild proposal at the Library; the Library Trustees will review the plan Aug. 28 and HDC will not give final approval until the Trustees act. The Youngs were advised to contact Land Use Assistant Kara Campbell after Library approval to begin HDC application steps.

Mr. and Mrs. Young of 4 Libbey Lane presented on behalf of their son about an Eagle Scout project at the Rye Library involving landscaping and rebuilding benches. They said the project will go before the Library Trustees on Aug. 28 and requested guidance on the HDC application process.
