Treasurer Kari Zoscsak reported that, following auditor recommendations, the township will open a separate account to pay for fire department expenses. The minutes specify that a certificate of deposit maturing Jan. 22, 2026, for approximately $221,246.45 will be used to open the account, with remaining funds drawn from CDs maturing in March.
