The Board of Trustees voted to approve a business license for M Foot Massage at 407 E US‑69 Hwy after confirming the business currently has one certified massage therapist on staff. Trustees required that any future massage therapist submit state certification to the Village Clerk before beginning work and instructed the owner to file the previously installed sign permit with the Village Clerk for Board approval; until the sign permit is approved, sign use is prohibited.
