Zoning Administrator Larry Thompson told the Planning Commission on April 7 that the township is continuing to address a property issue near N. Skocelas Road and Pine Creek Road involving a berm that may prompt a complaint to the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE). Thompson said the matter remains under review and could involve state inspection if local conflict-of-interest concerns arise.
