The O'Brien County Board on Aug. 25, 2026, approved an agreement with Phelps for cleaning and maintenance services for county carpets under Resolution 2026-35 and authorized the Board Chair to sign. Supervisor Rohwer moved to approve the contract and Supervisor Friedrichsen seconded; the minutes record the motion "carried by all ayes."
