County signs onto EMPG participation; plans CrisisTrack training for PDAs

Andrew Delgado reviewed the updated EMPG (Local Emergency Management Performance Grant) participation agreement and said it introduces a requirement for an annual Local Emergency Operations Plan (LEOP) review that must include stakeholders and the county commission. Delgado also recommended county participation in CrisisTrack preliminary damage-assessment software training to improve accuracy and real-time reporting during incidents.
