Assembly presses for common definitions of 'workforce' and 'attainable' housing

Several Assembly members said the public needs clearer, consistent language about what the municipality means by terms such as 'workforce housing' and 'attainable housing.' Assembly member Aaron Baldwin Day said the labels are used inconsistently and can create public confusion and unmet expectations: “I really wanna understand because I think what we're doing here is we're setting an expectation for the community about what is going to emerge on these 2 parcels.”
