Sam Hughes and Christy Witters of the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation updated the subcommittee on MCM #4 training, stormwater management plan (SWMP) authorizations, and related items. Sam gauged interest in in-person site inspections and training for MCM #4 and reported general consensus that an in-person session would be valuable.
