Partisan splits appear on select measures as Appropriations committee advances amended bills
While many measures passed unanimously, several bills drew split votes (commonly 5–2 or 6–1). The committee approved amendments on some measures and substituted roll calls for efficiency; those amendments and fiscal impacts will be posted as addenda.

Although much of the hearing was procedural, several measures recorded partisan splits and substantive amendments. The committee approved amendments on a number of bills; where amendments were adopted the chair said the committee would post addendum analyses summarizing the changes and fiscal effects.
