Winooski NRCD’s Rethink Runoff 2025 work plan approved by MS4 Subcommittee
At its March 5 meeting, the CCRPC MS4 Subcommittee unanimously approved the Winooski NRCD 2025 Rethink Runoff work plan, a roughly 400‑hour program focused on outreach, projects and administration across several Chittenden County municipalities.

The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission MS4 Subcommittee unanimously approved the Winooski Natural Resources Conservation District’s 2025 Rethink Runoff work plan at its March 5, 2025 meeting in Winooski. Lucas Goldfluss of Winooski NRCD presented the plan and described it as modeled on last year’s effort.
