Mayor Paul Boyer reported that the Economic Development Corporation board voted to dissolve after reviewing five years of declining finances. He said the board recommended transferring any remaining funds to the EDC Foundation and noted a recent $25,000 donation from Bank of Sierra tied to community reinvestment.
