Council considered a community housing resolution and moved to suspend the three-reading rule to permit immediate final action. Mrs. Campbell moved to suspend the rule and then brought forward the resolution "authorizing the city of Belpre to enter into a Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program partner agreement." Mrs. Campbell moved, "this be Resolution #31, 2024-2025," and the motion passed with all members present voting aye.
