Senator McGuire presented AB 2539, which ratifies the state gaming compact with the Yurok Tribe and accompanying compact amendments. "This compact means real jobs for the Klamath community and its support of the tribe's ongoing conservation work," Senator McGuire said on the floor (SEG 2146–2152). With no members requesting debate the item moved to roll call and passed. The Senate transcript records the aye votes and subsequent procedural motion; the measure was advanced as concurred and passed on the floor.
