Supervisor updates show progress on Mill Creek master plan and flood‑plain work
Supervisor Daryl Marshall reported completion of Mill Creek Master Plan Phase 1 and channel cleaning for Phase 2, that Phase 3 planning is funded and being developed by MRB, that NRCS planning funding has been restored, and that FEMA is following up on flood‑plain map concerns after Hurricane Agnus.

Supervisor Daryl Marshall used his report to provide several infrastructure and planning updates. He told the board that Phase 1 of the Mill Creek/Honeoye Outlet Master Plan is complete and Phase 2 channel cleaning has been done. Phase 3 is in planning: the town received a grant to develop the plan and The MRB Group has been retained to work on that phase.
