The Chisum ISD board went into closed session at 6:03 p.m. on Aug. 14 to discuss the district stipend schedule and exited at 6:28 p.m. After the closed session, Trustee Dashielle Floyd moved and Trustee Matt Patterson seconded approval of district stipends. The motion passed with five trustees voting in favor and two absent.
