Selectman Smith told the Board the draft Plan to Comply with Cannabis Control Commission equity mandates was first discussed previously and that KP Law had provided an update to the board members. Members raised questions about state figures and whether the Cannabis Control Commission has imposed fines on communities; the Board took no action and voted to table the equity plan pending additional information from KP Law and state data.
