Developer says retention basin not being maintained; asks city to enforce upkeep

Margery, who identified herself as the developer of the property subject to a retention requirement, told the council the retention area is "only been held twice this year" and that she has left several requests with Public Works without a sustained response. She said other retention areas are in better condition and asked the city to clarify maintenance responsibilities.
