The Cleveland ISD Board of Trustees voted 5–0 to approve a resolution authorizing the acceptance of real property donated by Colony Ridge Development, LLC and delegated authority to the Board President to execute the documents necessary to consummate the transfer. Trustee Jennifer Peña moved the resolution and Trustee Bethany Porter seconded it.
