Village staff said the project-plan amendment does not itself change zoning but projects likely future shifts (A3 agricultural, R4 single-family, R11 multifamily, C1 conservation) as guidance for potential development; staff also said there will be no relocations as part of the amendment and mapped wetlands/floodplains would remain regulated.
