Joint Review Board unanimously approves TID 11 project-plan amendment for Pleasant Prairie
On Aug. 25, 2026, the Joint Review Board approved Resolution 2061 adopting Project Plan Amendment No. 1 for Tax Increment District (TID) 11 in the Village of Pleasant Prairie, adding about 18 parcels and updating estimated project costs and cash-flow projections; the amendment will be sent to the state for certification.
