At its Nov. 20 meeting the City Council approved several routine items and authorized procurement steps for disaster‑recovery grant work. The council unanimously approved minutes of the Oct. 16, 2025 meeting and approved the TML payment for FY‑2026 on a motion by Councilmember Vonderlin, seconded by Councilman Jim Lindsay. Council also approved the financial report referenced as October 2025 after a motion by Councilmember McWhorter and a second by Councilmember Vonderlin.
