An Interlocal Agreement between the City of Ivanhoe and Tyler County — proposing a trade of specific equipment and hours of use between the two entities — was presented at the Jan. 15 meeting. Joe Blacksher helped present the proposal; Councilmembers Lindsay and McWhorter initially voted in favor but later asked to table the item so more information could be provided at the next meeting.
