Community ISD authorizes retainage payment for multiple school projects
The board authorized release of the remaining 5% retainage tied to guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contracts for Community Trails MS (except the concession stand), Community Trails MS offsite work, Ellis ES, McClendon ES and NeSmith ES; motion carried Nov. 18, 2024.

The Community ISD Board authorized the superintendent to make the retainage payment equal to the remaining five percent of the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) value for several school construction projects, excluding the concession stand at Community Trails Middle School. The motion was made by Marc Stanfield, seconded by Staci Schroeder and recorded as carried.
