Comal ISD adopted an updated Student Code of Conduct for 2025–26 on Aug. 28. The SCOC incorporates revisions reflecting statutory changes from the 89th Texas Legislature and adjustments recommended in the Texas Association of School Boards’ model document; district staff said changes cover definitions, procedural safeguards, disciplinary options, and attendance/credit clarifications.
