The Board approved EFB(LOCAL) INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS — LIBRARY RESOURCES on Aug. 28 after a presentation by Dr. Randy Davis and Scott Monroe explaining statutory changes under SB13. The presentation noted that SB13 alters processes for acquiring and challenging library materials and that TASB provided model language for districts.
