The Banks School District Board convened its work session on June 9, 2025 and approved the meeting agenda by voice vote. Board member Leslee Sipp moved, "I make a motion to approve the June 9th, 2025 Work Session agenda as presented," which Leslee Sipp offered and Corissa Mazurkiewicz seconded; the motion carried 5–0 (Frame Yea; Mazurkiewicz Yea; Moore Yea; Sipp Yea; Streblow Yea).
