The board scheduled a Sept. 8 public hearing for Ordinance 11-2026, which would adopt 2024 International Building/Residential/Fire codes with local amendments, add the residential ADU appendix and remove a waiver/variance process in the Colorado model electric/solar-ready code that staff called cumbersome.
