The Decatur ISD Board of Trustees approved the 2024–2025 District Improvement Plan at its Oct. 21, 2024 meeting. The motion to adopt the plan was made by Trustee Nate Bayless and seconded by Trustee Matt Joiner and passed by a 5-1 vote, with Trustee Scott Koehler recorded as the sole dissent.
