The Ruidoso Municipal School District Board voted to approve Progress Monitoring Goal #1 mid-year (MOY) report during its Feb. 11 meeting. Vice President Luther Light moved to approve the report; Member Dave Tomlin seconded the motion and all members voted in the affirmative.
