Committee members said as-built drawings and a structural analysis were included in the RFQ but that historic original drawings have not been uncovered. "We've included as built drawings and a structural analysis in the RFQ," the chair said, while others said having 1939 plans would help but is not required if laser scanning is used to recreate floor plates and interior conditions.
