The Sumner County committee confirmed that a consolidated request for qualifications (RFQ) for the county courthouse adaptive-reuse project is live and posted on the county website and in local notices. "The RFQ, it is live. It was issued on August 20," the chair said, outlining three scopes: existing conditions, community engagement and market study, and adaptive-reuse concepts.
