Intro 34926 was approved on Aug. 26 to authorize an agreement with Black Creek Integrated Systems Corp (through Insight Public Sec Sector Incorporated) for security controls retrofit work at the Allegany County Jail. The resolution was offered by Public Safety and Ways and Means committees and carried after a motion from Legislator Havey and a second by Legislator Whitney; the roll call recorded 14 yes, 1 absent.
