The board approved Intro 35026 on Aug. 26, authorizing the chairman to execute a standard FBI antenna site licensing agreement between Allegany County and the U.S. Department of Justice — Federal Bureau of Investigation for use by the sheriff's office. The item was offered by the Public Safety Committee and passed on roll call following a motion by Legislator Havey and a second by Legislator Whitney.
