Faced with incomplete year-end leave reconciliations from departments not yet on Kronos, a committee member moved that departments failing to submit required reconciliations by the established deadline must appear at the July meeting to explain their status. The motion was seconded and the committee approved a requirement that those departments present their reasons and remediation plans if they do not meet the deadline.
