Planning staff presented a proposed recreational-vehicle park and recommended amending the county subdivision ordinance to adopt the state code definition of "recreational vehicle" (citing Va. Code §46.2-1500). The planning commission held a public hearing, received no public opposition, and unanimously recommended the board advertise a public hearing for April 7 so the ordinance change can be considered.
