Mayor Pro Tem Dawn Christian told the council she is recommending dissolution of the CAT committee because of the costs associated with a spay/neuter program and limited funds; the minutes note donated funds will still be used for spay/neutering feral cats and that a process for dispersing those funds will be discussed in a future meeting.
