The City of Titusville presented its 2026 Community Service Award to Billie Ruth Fitzgerald during a special presentations meeting on Aug. 25. Mayor (unnamed in the transcript) read Fitzgerald’s nomination from Saint Gabriel’s Episcopal Church, highlighting more than 70 years of civic involvement and leadership in local nonprofit and housing efforts.
